REFUND POLICY

At BYOBetta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@byobetta.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@byobetta.com.
