Return Policy

At BYOBetta, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Eligibility:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact our customer support at returns@byobetta.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the address for returning your item.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Sale items (unless specified otherwise)
